Our Return and Refund Policy

Sometimes life doesn’t go as expected. Sometimes your gift giving was not a big hit. We understand.

At ZUM Toyz we offer a 30 day return policy from date of purchase for unused items that are undamaged. Simply notify us via our website contact form supplying your name and order number and then ship the new/unused item back to us. Once we receive it we will gladly provide a full refund for the purchase price of the item. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

We will notify you immediately once we receive the return and make the inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is missing parts, shows wear and tear or has any other form of damage.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim. Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to ZUM TOYZ at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
