Insert back of bike into front

Insert steering pin into front fork
CX Assembly Step 4
Remove front axle and bushings with provided tools
CX Assembly Step 5
Front axle removed
CX Assembly Step 6
Locate tire and bushings from front axle
CX Assembly Step 7
Insert bushings on each side of tire
CX Assembly Step 8
Slide tire into front fork
CX Assembly Step 9
Insert front axle through front fork and tire

Screw on axle nut

Turn bike upright ready to install handlebars

Place handlebar on top of front fork

Insert two handlebar screws

Tighten handlebar screws—be sure not to over tighten

Use provided tools to remove back axle

Insert bushing on both sides of the tire

Install tire by inserting back axle as shown

Follow the direction for conversion to both raised and lowered versions.

Loosen bolts that connect front & back of bike—DO NOT REMOVE

Remove handlebar screws

Remove steering pin—may need to tap to get out

Separate both halves of bike
CX Conversion Step 6
Remove back wheel completely
CX Conversion Step 7
Remove both seat bolts, seat and blocks
CX Conversion Step 8
Flip frame over and begin reinstalling seat

Narrow side of block faces forward

Narrow side of block faces forward

Tighten seat bolts with tool provided

Install back wheel—white spacer on each side

Install back wheel—white spacer on each side

Replace handlebar and tighten screws—not too tight
